Q.1
Please tell us about your current work and your role.
As head of the division, I focus on deepening existing accounts, developing new ones, creating new business, and building the team.
I head the Machine Solution Division and also oversee our base in India. Following our medium-term business plan, I work both on deepening relationships with key customers and on developing new ones, while actively taking part in proposing new products and creating new business.
The division has members of every kind, from young colleagues to senior ones, each with their own character. I aim to build an organization that moves from individual, personality-driven work toward a team that helps each other and delivers results. Centered on equipment, modification, service and engineering for machining, assembly and automation at manufacturing sites, we walk alongside customers from the first inquiry to specification meetings, site attendance, delivery and acceptance, providing solutions for better manufacturing.
Q.2
What do you think makes HAMABO distinctive?
Staying close to the other person’s goals and valuing our promises. I think that sincerity is what the people here have in common.
At HAMABO, across many products and fields, we communicate widely with suppliers, customers, partners, subcontractors and colleagues inside the company. We stay close to each person's position and goals, value our promises, and respond to expectations as sincerely as we can. We laugh together, worry together and work with consideration for each other. I think what makes HAMABO distinctive is that professionalism of giving your best in each of those processes.
Q.3
"Bridging the present and the future."
What kind of future does your work build a bridge to?
I believe we are building a bridge to a future where encounters and chemistry keep creating new businesses.
Colleagues inside and outside the company, people who have supported me since my previous job, customers who face challenges with us with real energy, friends I have known since my student days, and the young people I meet in recruitment. All those encounters stimulate each other and draw out new technologies and ways of thinking. They connect like a chemical reaction and lead to new attempts and business ideas. I believe that building this up, little by little, plays a part in realizing a better society and a better future. That is exactly why I want to value every encounter and to take recruitment seriously. The next chemical reaction starts with the next encounter.
